These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the “Student”) and GW Tutoring. By enrolling as a student, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with these Terms and Conditions.

  1. Enrollment:
    1. By enrolling as a student at GW Tutoring, you confirm that the information provided in the enrollment form is accurate, complete, and up-to-date.
    2. Enrollment is subject to availability, and GW Tutoring reserves the right to accept or decline applications at its sole discretion.
  2. Fees and Payments:
    1. Tuition fees and payment schedules will be communicated to the student upon enrollment.
    2. Payment must be made in the currency and method specified by GW Tutoring.
    3. Late or non-payment of fees may result in the suspension or termination of services.
  3. Cancellations and Refunds:
    1. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to GW Tutoring.
    2. Refunds, if applicable, will be subject to GW Tutoring’s refund policy, which will be provided upon request or during the enrollment process.
  4. Code of Conduct:
    1. Students are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and appropriate manner towards tutors, staff, and fellow students.
    2. Any form of harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in immediate termination of services.
  5. Intellectual Property:
    1. All course materials, resources, and intellectual property provided by GW Tutoring are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
    2. Students shall not reproduce, distribute, or use any course materials for commercial purposes without prior written consent from GW Tutoring.
  6. Confidentiality and Privacy:
    1. GW Tutoring respects the privacy of its students and will handle personal information in accordance with applicable data protection laws and its Privacy Policy.
    2. Students are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any login credentials or personal information provided to them for accessing online platforms or resources.
  7. Limitation of Liability:
    1. GW Tutoring shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the provision of its services.
    2. GW Tutoring’s total liability, if any, shall not exceed the total fees paid by the student for the specific service in question.
  8. Termination:
    1. GW Tutoring reserves the right to terminate services if a student fails to comply with these Terms and Conditions or engages in behaviour that is detrimental to the learning environment.
    2. Either party may terminate the student’s enrollment by providing written notice, subject to any applicable cancellation policies and obligations.
  9. Amendments:
    1. GW Tutoring reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at its sole discretion.
    2. Any amendments will be communicated to students in writing or through the GW Tutoring website or other official channels.

Governing Law:

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where GW Tutoring operates.
